Well we know everyone is loving this warm weather but for us on the farm it means we have had our last run of the season. Now we move on to cleaning the buckets, breaking down the lines and getting ready for the farmers market in the spring. There are already orders coming in to be filled and we are blessed to watch the farm grow and grow. We wait til next year to see the sap dropping in to the buckets and the steam flowing out of the cupola on the sugar shack.
